This beer is pondering the reality that hops don’t shine without a perfect cushion of malts. Grain daddy is proudly brewed using locally grown malted Gladfield malt and a truck load of nz and us hops. Thanks Doug & Gabi Michael, the grain daddies of malt in NZ.
